HARC is looking for employees to work in the Residential program, which provides care for adults with disabilities in a home environment. HARC’s residences are located in Dolgeville, Little Falls, Herkimer, Mohawk, Ilion, and Frankfort. Afternoon/evening, midnight to eight, and weekend shifts available. Hourly rates: $9 to 10.75 per hour.

Are you an active person? Do you like being out in public? Do you like working with people? We have children and adults waiting for you to work with them! HARC provides paid training and excellent benefits. Your activities could be going to the movies or dinner, shopping, or participating in community events. You’ll get paid $9 per hour for having fun and helping people with disabilities.
Our minimum requirements include a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license, and no lifting restrictions. You’ll also need flexibility in scheduling.
